Grad Photography Sessions – Vancouver, BC – KH

I seriously love doing grad sessions! Especially, when I can draw a person out of their shyness. Well, to be honest, I did not have to do that with this spitfire. She had a cool ease about her that gave me the sense of her confidence, sass, and positive energy. That is one thing that makes me excited for her future. What I aim to capture from Grad or Senior’s Photography Sessions is a sense of who that young person was at that exact time of their lives. All their hopes, dreams, fun, fears even. I want to capture as much of it as I can so they can look back and feel it too. It’s truly the mark of the beginning of their adult lives. What a special time.

Picking the right location and time also helps make the job a lot easier as well. You absolutely cannot go wrong with trees and forested spots. And how lucky are we to have the incredible Stanley Park in our city that provides us with an unlimited amount of beauty as a backdrop.
