Eman Zabi -THE SCRIBESMITH

She kicks serious butt.

The Scribesmith is Eman Zabi, an outdoor copywriter whose mission is to produce work and material that gives a voice and a face to women and people of colour. Working primarily with companies whose brands are connected with nature and the outdoors.

The Human Behind the Brand

Intelligent, hilarious, geeky, loveable, and absolutely chill, Eman was looking for photography to update her website and brand. After a couple in-person meetings I knew we needed some pretty epic shots that incorporated Eman, who is also impossibly shy, doing her thing in great big, beautiful nature.

One little tidbit about Eman, she made two declarations when she was 7 years old:

1. she would one day move to the PNW (after once visiting family here)

2. she would climb Mount Kilimanjaro

Guess what? She did both. Yup, this is the personality I was dealing with and I gotta admit, I was big time crushing on her! On top of all of this goal setting and smashing, Eman practices Karate and works out at a boxing gym. See, as previously mentioned, she kicks butt.
